The Clyde Tunnel in Glasgow runs under the River Clyde connecting the north and south sides of the City. Some quick facts - it's 2500ft long, has a gradient of 6 percent and was opened in 1963.
I used two stills cameras going through the tunnel. One facing the road (Canon Ixus 50) and one facing me (Canon PowerShot G3). I was planning to mention some facts going through the tunnel but it was too dark for my G3 to pick up and it was rattling a bit on the tripod. But I wanted to try the picture-in-picture thing so I pop up at the beginning and end for no apparent reason!

This was taken on the last day of 2005. A flying visit to Rothesay and the Craigmore Tearoom with a brief glimpse of some oystercatcher birds before heading back for hogmanay in Glasgow.
