I'm a 39 year old, left-handed, vegetarian, geek from Glasgow, Scotland. So that's me in a nutshell and sets the scene for the website. Techie stuff about the website
I'd been researching and using various open source php blog systems for a couple of years but none of them matched my exact requirements. I was looking for a fast, compact, modifiable, standards compliant blog system.
In May 2006 I decided to roll up my sleeves and write my own blog engine and this is the result. It has a php/myqsl backend with w3c valid xhtml, css and rss code. I've worked on it in spare moments for a couple of months. It's been fun!
It's a work in progress and ideas are constantly popping into my head on how to improve its functionality. If you've got any comments about the website or ideas on how I can improve it please use the contact form. Thankyou! :-)
